Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same respect for our rights from others. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA against claims of infringement. To submit a good faith infringement claim, certain information must be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material along with details to locate it;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) includes penalties for those who misrepresent information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt attention.

We may share the identity of the complaining party with the alleged infringer in any copyright infringement claim we receive. By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity may be disclosed to the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notification must contain:

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the material taken down and its original location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was taken down by mistake or misidentification;
4. Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction for legal purposes.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. We maintain a list of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Violators will have their accounts terminated.
